Fuel scale charges?

This is probably a very easy question for you but can you advise where I can find information about the new fuel scale charges that apply from 1 December? Many thanks.

Fuel scale charges

You'll find the amended VAT amounts listed in the tables at Annex D of HMRC's Technical Guide for Businesses. Here is the URL: http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/pbr2008/vat-guide-det.pdf. I'm having problems setting up links at the moment from this site so apologies if the link doesn't work, but if you go to the HMRC webpage click onto the section headed "PBR - VAT rate changes". The Technical Guide is then included on the list of documents and the amended scale charges are at Annex D. Section 7.2 of the Guide explains that the fuel scale charges themselves haven't changed but the VAT amounts have been reduced to reflect the new lower VAT rates.
