HMRC has issued updated versions of Notices 744A: Passsenger Transport and 744B: Freight Transport to include the new place of supply of services rules from 1 January 2010. An updated version of VAT Notice 725: The Single Market was issued on 31 December to reflect the introduction of EC Sales Lists for supplies of reverse charge services (see section 17). The notice can be found on the HMRC newspage.
